In 1972 Brassai mailed a group of small photographs to the NYC Art Dealer Robert Schoelkopf in advance of his exhibition at the Robert Schoelkopf Gallery. These photographic gems were used to facilitate the curation and layout of the show and include some of his best images. A scanned copy of the letter (shown above) will accompany the photograph.
